You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

• Custom-made and personalized products: All handmade items are made according to your individual wishes (e.g. dog harnesses, collars, leashes with individual features)
• Cut materials: BioThane and paracord, cut to size
• Made-to-order goods: Products that are manufactured specifically for you.

These exclusions apply in accordance with Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), as these are goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

Consequences of cancellation (for products not excluded)

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
